Blenheim Palace's nearest railway stations are Oxford (9.1 miles), Oxford Parkway (6.2 miles) and Long Hanborough (3 miles).
For all public transport options, please check timetables before setting off. The S3 bus from Oxford to Woodstock runs every 30 minutes from Oxford train station and Oxford's Gloucester Green bus station to the gates of Blenheim Palace. The 7 bus from Oxford to Woodstock runs from Oxford train station and George street via Oxford Parkway to the gates of Blenheim Palace. Oxford Bus Company's 500 service leaves from Oxford Parkway and stops at Blenheim Palace and Woodstock.
Parking is free until 12.00h subject to availability. All other parking must be booked in advance. If parking is sold out or early parking no longer available, please use the public Park and Ride at Oxford Parkway OX2 8HA. There is a regular bus service from Oxford Parkway to Woodstock.
Blenheim Palace is located 8 miles north-west of Oxford, on the A44 Evesham Road. The Palace is signposted from junction nine of the M40. If you are using satellite navigation, please use the postcode OX20 1UL. Please be aware that a 20mph speed limit applies across the Estate.
Park & Ride
The Park & Ride is located adjacent to Oxford Airport - a five minute journey from Blenheim Palace. The postcode is OX20 1QF. There is no extra charge for the bus ride.
